2012
The Beginning
Cafe Rio opens its doors on S Colorado Blvd, Glendale. A small team, a bold vision, and a menu inspired by the flavors of the American Southwest.
2014
Community Recognition
Awarded "Best New Restaurant" by the Glendale dining community. Expanded the dining room to accommodate growing demand from loyal local guests.
2016
Catering Launch
Introduced catering services for corporate events, weddings, and private parties across the greater Denver metro area, bringing Cafe Rio to new audiences.
2018
Menu Expansion
Launched a seasonal menu program and expanded our vegetarian and gluten-friendly options, making Cafe Rio a destination for every dietary preference.
2020
Adapting & Serving
Navigated unprecedented challenges by launching contactless pickup and delivery. Our community rallied behind us — and we rallied behind them in return.
